This policy describes the site that is published today, not a generic one: m25.com.ar has no forms, no analytics, and loads no third-party resources.

PV-1

Controller

The person responsible for this site, and for any data arriving through its channels, is Mauro Venticinque, an individual, in San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina. The contact details are on the contact page and in every page footer: they are the same ones used to exercise the rights listed in PV-6.

PV-2

What the site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There are no forms, no cart, no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising pixels or tags. The typefaces are self-hosted and subsetted on this domain, so no visit generates a request to a third party: no font CDN, no embedded maps, no external video player.

PV-3

Storage in your browser

The site stores exactly one key in your browser local storage: the theme preference, light or dark, with the value “light” or “dark”. It is not a cookie, it never travels to the server in any request, and it cannot be used to identify you. Clearing site data removes it, and the site works the same without it.

PV-4

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which like any web server records the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, requested path, response code and user agent. Those logs are generated and retained by the hosting provider under its own retention periods, are used to operate and protect the service, and are not joined with any other database or used to profile visitors.

PV-5

If you write to me

If you write by email, by phone or through LinkedIn, what remains is what you put in that message: your name, the address you wrote from, and whatever you tell me about the project. It is used to answer you and, if there is work, to carry it out and to meet the tax obligations that apply. It is not sold, not rented and not shared for marketing.

PV-6

Your rights

You can request access to whatever data exists about you, its correction, its update or its deletion, and you can object to its use. In Argentina the framework is Personal Data Protection Act 25.326, supervised by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública; if you write from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the framework is the GDPR. In both cases the channel is the same: the email on the contact page, and the answer comes in writing.

PV-7

Minors

The site is not directed at minors, does not ask them for data, and has no feature that would require any.

Changes and the previous version

This page replaces the earlier policy, which was published at /privacy.html under a different brand and described forms and cookies this site does not have. That address now redirects here. Changes are published on this same page, with the update date in plain view.
